International awards for Victoria and her font cover

Our font cover was part of an international marquetry exhibition at Middleton Hall near Tamworth.
Around 200 examples of the best of contemporary marquetry were on display.
It won
1st place in the Beginner's Applied category for Victoria’s "Living Water" piece
The Walter Dolly award for the best piece of work by an Independent member
The Artistic Merit award awarded to the best piece of work which conforms to the Marquetry Society's definition of a 'Creative Composition'.
“Wonderful work there Victoria, your work has inspired so many of our members. Congratulations” says Alan Mansfield, editor of the magazine The Marquetarian.
