Choir

Coleshill’s got talent - and we’re looking for you. Coleshill church choir is always looking for, and welcomes, new members. We don’t do auditions. You just need to be able to hold a tune: if you can hold a part (alto, tenor, bass) even better. All choristers are volunteers and not professionals.

There’s no age limit, either. In the Christmas choir (open invitation) the age range was from 5-85 years.

In pre-Covid times we supported regular worship on Sundays and for times of Christian celebration - Easter, Harvest, All Souls, Remembrance Sunday and Christmas. We also sang for weddings if required.

That sounds like a lot of dedication, but choir members manage to spread the load. Your voice would make a big difference.

For those whose life is lifted through singing, the past year has been particularly challenging. We are putting our faith and belief in the future and that soon we will be able to enjoy singing in church again. We’d love you to sing with us.

The dynamics of the choir have changed any times over many years in tune with the ebb and flow of life. Please think about being part of its future.
